Modoc County Health Services
Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP)

The Children's Medical Services (CMS) Branch of the California Department of Health Services provides a comprehensive system of health care for children through preventive screening, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up services. CMS integrated the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP) and the California Children Services (CCS) at the state level. The two programs are merged in some counties and separate in others.
