1.                  Give client Application for Septic Permit.

2.                  Give client handouts explaining requirements for permit.

3.                  Client fills out Application for Permit and has Percolation Test performed.  Brings back both for approval.

4.                  Permit fee is collected by Environmental Health & receipt is given to party paying.

5.                  Give Septic Application to Sanitarian.

6.                  Sanitarian will make a site evaluation for approval of location and Percolation Test.

7.                  Sanitarian will issue Septic Permit if septic area is approved.

8.                  When the septic permit site has been inspected and finalized by the Sanitarian, copies of the permit will go to:
