The FY 2011-12 Plan Update proposes to maintain approved Community Services and Supports, Prevention and Early Intervention, Workforce Education and Training, and Innovations programs and services within 25% of the FY 2010-11 level as required.

In accordance with the California Code of Regulations, this Plan Update is being posted for a 30-day public comment period prior to submission to DMH. The posting period will be from March 29, 2011 to April 28, 2011. A public hearing to accept further public comment on this proposal is scheduled for 3 PM on April 28, 2011 at Modoc Health Services (at the address below). The electron version and be viewed or downloaded at http://www.modoccohealthservices.com/mentalhealth.html .  A hardcopy of the FY 11-12 CSS Plan Update will be posted at the Alturas and Cedarville Library, the Tulelake Family Service Center, and the Bieber Family Service Center, and Modoc Health Services  or can be requested by calling the Mental Health Services office at (530) 233-6312, emailing:  karenstockton@co.modoc.ca.us or writing to: Modoc Mental Health Services, 441 N.
