A copy of Modoc County’s Mental Health Services Act –
Community Services and Supports (CSS) Plan Update for Fiscal Year (FY) 08-09 is attached for public review and comment.
This Plan Update expands previously approved programs and services and it also fully funds our Prudent Reserve Fund to the
level required by law. The FY 08-09 CSS Plan Update can be accessed on our web page at: http://www.modoccohealthservices.com/id47.html . A Spanish version will be posted to the web page as well.
In accordance with the California Code of Regulations, this Request
is being posted for a 30-day public comment period prior to submission to DMH. The posting period will be from September 6,
2008 to October 6, 2008. A public hearing on this proposal is scheduled for 12 PM on October 1st, 2008 at Modoc Mental Health
Services (at the address below). Copies of the FY 08-09 CSS Plan Update may be downloaded from this site or may be requested
in hardcopy format by calling the Mental Health Services office at (530) 233-6312, emailing: nuri_jimenez@modoccounty.us or writing to:
