Sunrays of Hope is a multi-service community center which promotes the wellness and recovery of
participants by fostering meaningful activities and community involvement of their choice. The center is consumer/family member
directed and operated. We are funded by Prop. 63 MHSA and receives no other funding and is not affiliated with any other organization,
yet we partner with other organizations in the community to ensure that our center is a safe and inviting place for all to
come.
Sunrays of Hope is here to develop and implement consumer driven programs and services based on
the self-help philosophy.
To provide culturally appropriate and integrated
support that assists participants in their strength-based process of wellness and recovery.
Were fully engaged consumers, families and community members, such as parents,
neighbors, and significant others. We strive to implement cultural and linguistically appropriate strategies, policies, and
procedures to increase access to culturally appropriate unserved, under served, and inappropriately served ethnic populations.
